Monthly Lease
Terms:
This is a month-to-month lease at $5.00 USD per month. Billing begins upon payment and automatically renews each month until canceled.
The Lessee receives usage rights to the domain only during active payment periods. Ownership of the domain remains with the Lessor at all times. All payments are non-refundable.
If a payment is not successfully processed, the lease may be suspended and, if not cured, terminated. Upon termination, the domain may be redirected, re-leased, or sold at the Lessor’s discretion.
The monthly rate may be increased after 12 months with prior notice.
